Vice President, Operations
- Provide leadership and management support while ensuring Operations-related policies and standards are implemented, improved, and upheld
- Ensure departments are meeting annual margin goals
- Performs on target with individual and company performance goals and metrics
- Set strategic goals related to improving Operations performance and efficiency, aligned with OPP
- Oversee recruiting and training efforts to meet operational needs as determined through cost control and cost estimate reports
- Develop highly motivated and effective teams evidenced by reporting on and executing periodic and timely performance management and training
- Collaborate and communicate with company executives and other divisions to develop and deliver on the One Page Plan (OPP), budgets and business plans
- Prepare business plans, budgets and schedules where applicable
- Continual analysis of Operations looking for areas of improvement, resource optimization, end emerging technologies and trends
- Ensure managers comply with company and legal requirements as well as meeting or exceeding customer expectations
- Understand conflicts with teams and provide solutions
- Actively engage in prospecting potential new business or markets
- Familiarity with MCA / PHCC / AIA Guide Lines/Trade Trends
- HVACR/Plumbing/Mechanical experience
- Field estimating experience
- Project management experience
- Leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Verbal & written communication skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
- Ability to work as a team player
