Family Medicine Physician (Toms River)

We are looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join our practice in Toms River, NJ. We have 3 physicians in this practice location and an energetic team of support staff. We pride ourselves on our workflow to decrease physician burnout. No after-hours calls or hospital rounding.

We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Primary Care Physician to join our team in providing quality patient care in the ambulatory setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and driven individual to grow.

$220,000 plus productivity-based bonuses

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, ensuring a holistic approach to health and wellness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose conditions, and prescribe appropriate treatments, fostering a proactive approach to patient health.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring seamless communication and continuity of care within the practice.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote health education and preventive care, strengthening our commitment to public health.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest medical advancements and best practices in family medicine.
• Mentor and support junior staff and medical students, contributing to a culture of learning and growth within the practice.
