BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aide to provide one on one care for a client in Green Brook. This position offers consistent evening hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping a client remain safe, comfortable, and supported in their home.

This role is ideal for caregivers looking to supplement their schedule with steady evening hours while delivering high quality, personalized care.

Provide personal care and assistance with evening routines

Support the client's comfort, safety, and independence at home

Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living

Follow an individualized care plan and observe any changes in condition

Maintain a respectful, calm, and supportive care environment

Communicate effectively with BAYADA's clinical and office teams

Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification

Availability for evening shifts from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent care

Compassionate, patient focused approach

Experience with personal care or willingness to learn with training

Competitive pay starting at $20 per hour and higher based on experience

Consistent schedule with opportunities for additional hours
