Cocktail Server

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner; Take and deliver drink orders promptly and accurately while providing recommendations on specialty cocktails and other beverages
• Engage with customers, anticipating their needs and preferences
• Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering orders
• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Cocktail Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.

• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service.

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• . Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and carry serving tray with multiple items.

• Must have or be able to obtain Casino Employee Registration (CER) license upon hire
