We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical operations and oversee the calibration department. This role ensures the safe, reliable operation of electrical systems, provides technical guidance to the maintenance team, and resolves complex electrical issues to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support electrical staff through training, guidance, and leadership

• Maintain and improve the Preventive Maintenance Program and electrical initiatives

• Oversee calibration activities to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical solutions

• Ensure all electrical work meets safety, regulatory, and company standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; certifications (OSHA, NFPA) an asset

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Solid knowledge of electrical systems, controls, motors, and schematics

Working Conditions

**Key Qualifications:**

- Leadership prowess: Strong ability to guide, train, and motivate a team in a high-paced industrial environment.
- Technical expertise: Deep knowledge of AC/DC circuits, schematics, motors, and control systems.
- Problem-solving skills: Aptitude for diagnosing and resolving complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent skills in cultural communication and teamwork.
