Full Stack Developer
Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and Sequelize ORM, with API documentation via OpenAPI/Swagger.
Integrate bioinformatics workflows leveraging Python and Bash scripting, including CSV/Excel data processing.
Manage infrastructure using Terraform and Docker, and deploy applications on AWS and Cloud Foundry.
Ensure quality through automated testing using Jest, React Testing Library, pytest, and Shellspec.
Collaborate in agile processes like code reviews, sprint planning, and release coordination.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs.
