Hiring: Branch Manager Company: Coastal Supply Group

Location: Freehold, NJ 07728

Job Type: Full-time, 7 am-5 pm, Mon – Fri, Saturdays in rotation 8 am – 1 pm
Pay: $80k-90k + quarterly bonuses, Pay is based on skills and performance.

Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced, results-driven Branch Manager to lead operations, grow sales, and maximize profitability while maintaining a safe, customer-focused environment. This position offers full responsibility for branch performance, including sales, warehouse, logistics, inventory, finances, facility maintenance, and personnel development.

You will inspire and coach your team, streamline operations, and ensure the branch meets or exceeds revenue, service, and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate all branch operations.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow sales, market share, and profitability.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Oversee inventory control, purchasing, and warehouse functions.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff while fostering a positive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and employees.
• Resolve conflicts, improve processes, and ensure high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar industry with wholesale distribution.
• 3+ years in a leadership role (5+ preferred) as supervisor.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong sales, operations, and financial management skills.
• Competency in all branch operational functions.

Pay Range: USD $80,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
