Role Overview
A highly regarded personal injury law firm is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients visitors and callers. This role supports daily office operations within a fast-paced legal environment while delivering exceptional client service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume multi-line phone system
- Route calls accurately and professionally to appropriate staff members
- Greet clients and visitors while maintaining a welcoming office environment
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the reception area
- Provide administrative support including scanning filing and mail handling
- Assist with office communication and front-desk coordination
- Support daily operations within a fast-paced legal office environment
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience handling a multi-line phone system
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Professional demeanor and polished phone presence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to remain composed in fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
