Inside Sales Enablement Coordinator
Are you energized by transforming customer inquiries into accurate orders and smooth deliveries? Do you like toggling between thoughtful customer conversations, crisp presentations, and precise ERP entries—all in one day? If so, this Bloomingdale, NJ role could be your next step.
Your mission- Be the first point of contact for the sales team on customer inquiries, elevating every interaction with excellent service.
- Translate quotes into error-free sales orders using ERP software, ensuring speed and accuracy.
- Equip inside sales with compelling materials and presentations.
- Keep customer records and sales databases complete and current.
- Coordinate with internal partners to achieve on-time delivery of products and services.
- Track key sales metrics and deliver actionable reports to management.
- Join team meetings ready to share insights and influence sales strategy.
A customer calls with a tight deadline. You calmly capture the details, verify availability, and enter the order in the ERP without a hitch. You alert operations to the priority, update the account record, and later that day summarize the impact in your performance report. In the team meeting, you propose a small process tweak that could shave a day off similar rush orders—turning a challenge into a win.
What it takes- Experience in customer service and inside sales.
- Comfort working in ERP systems and with sales support tools.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and on a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a business or related degree is a plus.
