Key Responsibilities:

1. Sitting with designated resident
2. Support the nursing team by monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions
3. Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and dignity at all times
4. Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas
5. Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications:

1. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Compassionate and dependable with a strong work ethic
