Customer Logistics Manager (all genders)

Your mission

• Own the Order-to-Cash process within ERP systems
• Monitor and control supply chain costs while ensuring compliance with U.S. trade regulations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Quality Management, and Regulatory Affairs
• Audit supplier invoices and support Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) processes
• Assist with month-end close using ERP reporting tools
• Ensure compliance with CTPAT, GMP, DEA, and other regulatory standards
• Coordinate complaint and recall protocols with the Quality team
• Maintain master data for customers, vendors, items, and manufacturers
• Partner with 3PL providers to support OTC and supply chain operations
• Oversee import logistics, customs clearance, and FDA processes
• Conduct ongoing SOP training and testing

Your profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience within Pharmaceutical or CPG industry
• Proven ability to manage multiple supply sources and manage inventory and material planning
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Navision and/or Business Central
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization and influence without authority
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intercultural competence and fluency in English
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
