Role Overview:
As a Processor, you will play a vital role in supporting our appraisal management process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. You’ll work closely with appraisers, clients, and internal teams to manage orders from start to finish. The ideal candidate will also be able to participate in corporate Teams meetings on a daily basis or when working from home, collaborate with the team, and actively contribute input on processes and workflows to improve efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage appraisal orders within our AMC system.
• Coordinate with appraisers and clients to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Provide excellent communication and follow-up with clients and appraisers.
• Support day-to-day processing tasks to keep the workflow efficient and organized.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Processor in an AMC or related real estate/appraisal environment.
• Strong knowledge of appraisal compliance standards and processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using AMC platforms, CRM, and related software tools.
