Job Title: Child Caregiver (Babysitter)
Job Summary: A reliable and responsible Caregiver/ Babysitter is needed to care for children in a safe, nurturing, and playful environment. The Caregiver/Babysitter will be responsible for overseeing the children's activities, engaging them in fun and educational activities, and ensuring their safety and overall well-being of the children. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor the safety and well-being of children in your care. Organize age-appropriate activities and games to engage children and promote their development. Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to parents' instructions. Assist with personal hygiene tasks, such as diaper changes, and dressing. Assist with schoolwork and educational activities. Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the children's care, such as cleaning up after meals and organizing play areas. Maintain open communication with parents, providing updates on children's activities, behavior, and any concerns. Qualifications:
Previous babysitting or childcare experience is preferred. Strong communication skills, patience, creativity, and the ability to handle emergencies calmly. Willingness to undergo a background check. Each Caregiver must have a minimum of two (2) relevant and satisfactory employment references. The Caregiver must be trained in First Aid and CPR. The Caregiver must be trained in emergency protocols and procedures. Work Hours: Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on parents' needs. Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience and qualifications
