In this role, you'll accurately weigh, label, and stage raw materials used in the production of cosmetic and over-the-counter (OTC) products while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with manufacturing standards.

What You'll Do

• Accurately weigh and dispense raw materials according to batch records and production schedules
• Verify material identity, lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates
• Label and stage materials for production
• Complete batch documentation accurately and maintain detailed records
• Assist with inventory control, material movement, and cycle counts
• Operate and clean weighing and dispensing equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow cGMP, company procedures, and quality standards
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control teams

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of manufacturing, warehouse, material handling, or inventory experience preferred
• Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food manufacturing, or other regulated manufacturing environments is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to follow written instructions and batch records
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements
• Comfortable working around powders, fragrances, chemicals, and raw materials
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
