Who We’re Looking ForWe're hiring an energetic, detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager for a newly created role supporting both CMW and Speakcore. This high-impact position is responsible for driving and executing sales and marketing strategies, creating compelling content, coordinating campaigns, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring pipeline follow through. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, hands-on, process-driven, and eager to measure and optimize results. Key Responsibilities Marketing Responsibilities (CMW & Speakcore)- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage posts to promote the companies, project progress, and employees across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.
- Website Updates: Update the company website as needed.
- CRM Management: Maintain HubSpot accurately and track marketing campaign and sales performance.
- Content Creation: Prepare blogs, case studies, and promotional material ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Lead internal marketing meetings focused on marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and identify trends.
- Industry Presence: Coordinate and potentially attend industry and networking events.
- Pipeline Management: Track sales pipeline progress and ensure Leadership team stays accountable to opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Support outbound lead generation efforts by identifying potential prospects. Support inbound lead generation.
- Sales Materials: Prepare decks, proposals, and sales collateral.
- Client Success Management (Speakcore): Have direct client contact to ensure ease of doing business and drive retention.
- Account Management: Establish a dedicated function for managing customer relationships post-implementation, ensuring a proactive approach to addressing needs and driving customer satisfaction.
- Sales Workflow Creation: Take ownership of designing and implementing the sales workflow, collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key marketing and sales KPIs.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing and content writing, with experience supporting sales pipeline development and customer engagement.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with social media and CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
- Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and proactive in driving initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to coordinate and collaborate across teams.
- Self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Possess a high level of creativity.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range : $60,000-$80,000 per year. This range reflects our good faith estimate of expected compensation. Final pay is based on experience, skills, and qualifications. A performance-based incentive may be available after 12 months of employment.
