QA Document Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized QA Document Coordinator to manage the lifecycle of critical site records within our GMP facility. In this role, you will oversee the labeling and organization of over 2,250 documents, manage logbook issuance, and coordinate secure offsite shipments to Iron Mountain. The ideal candidate holds an Associate's Degree and possesses the exceptional attention to detail required to handle high-volume digitization and archiving under strict timelines. This is an essential position for maintaining our quality standards and ensuring audit readiness across the organization. location: Pennington, New Jersey

education: Associate responsibilities:
Assist with adminstrative activities including but not limited to:
- Proper labeling of all documents (2250+) documents in and entering document Archive Room
- Logbook generation and issuance
- Support shipping of documents offsite to Iron Mountain (secure GMP facility for documents) and ensure all documents are scanned prior to shipment
- Other administrative duties as needed
qualifications:
- Associates Degree and some related experience (academic or real world)
