Veterans Auto Warranty, Inc. was founded by experienced professionals dedicated to providing automotive dealerships with comprehensive warranty solutions, superior customer service, efficient claims processing, and the development of long-term partnerships. We are currently seeking an outside sales representative to contribute to our continued growth.
Position Overview:
The role requires effective management of your assigned territory, specifically spanning from Northern New Jersey to Central New Jersey. As an outside sales representative, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with both new and pre-owned automotive dealerships within your designated territory. You will be tasked with promoting our comprehensive portfolio of warranty solutions, providing dealership personnel with detailed information regarding product features and benefits, and achieving sales targets, objectives, and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at automobile dealerships to generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
· Establish and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, owners, general managers, sales managers, and finance managers.
· Deliver presentations and facilitate training sessions for dealership personnel to improve their knowledge of our products and enhance sales techniques.
· Collaborate with internal departments such as claims and customer service to reinforce dealer partnerships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
· Utilize the CRM system to track sales activities and produce comprehensive reports and analyses for management review.
· Conduct daily visits to independent and franchise dealerships to identify potential business across the full range of company offerings
Qualifications :
· Territory management experience is required.
· Demonstrated success in outside sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
· Thorough knowledge of automobile warranty products and their associated features.
· Demonstrated expertise in communication, presentation, and negotiation.
· Performing independently as well as collaboratively within a results-driven setting.
· Skilled in CRM software, Zoom, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
· Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel daily throughout the assigned region.
· Bilingual preferred but not required
Compensation :
● Full-Time
● Base Salary plus Monthly Commission
● Clothing Allowance
● Travel Expenses
