Job Title: User Experience Lead Analyst - Full time (Onsite)

Primary Skills: discovery & prototyping states, Design Thinking, Google Design Sprints, Agile Scrum, Sketch, Figma, AdobeXD, Axure, InVision, HTML / CSS, external UX groups.

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Candidates local to the Jersey City, NJ region preferred.)

Duration: Fulltime hire ONLY, must be able to be hired directly.

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Interview: In-person interview. (All local candidates should be available for in-person interviews.)

Work Arrangement: Onsite Only

Job Description

Qualifications:

• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail & analytical skills.
• Significant experience on complex, enterprise-scale design projects.
• Experience with discovery and prototyping states, as a well as experience with Design Thinking and Google Design Sprints.
• Experience with working in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent skills in professional design tools e.g., Sketch, Figma, AdobeXD, Axure, InVision etc.
• Experience in using/creating design systems.
• Experience using design systems keen interest in, or knowledge of, banking or finance.
• HTML/CSS Development Skills Participation in external UX groups or communities.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.
• At least one formal UX Qualification.
