Engineering Document Control Coordinator
Respected A&E firm seeks electronic document specialist:
- 5+ years experience with an engineering or architecture firm
- Oversee and organize inventory control of electronic documents
- Extensive experience with Deltek Vision, Newforma, Egnyte, Procore
- Bluebeam, Adobe, Trimble
- Maintain records library and access for firm
- Develop and maintain filing systems for client documents
- Strong computer skills
- Handle daily administrative assistant tasks
- Client interaction skills
