As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you play an important role in helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities succeed in both home and community environments.

In this role, you’ll join a collaborative team that emphasizes respect, teamwork, and professional growth—where each day provides opportunities to contribute in meaningful and lasting ways.

Pay: Starting at $20.20 per hour, with potential earnings of up to $24.20 per hour including shift differentials and overtime opportunities.

Schedule: Full-time position (40 hours per week), with availability required for two weekend days.

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on support to individuals served in group homes, apartment settings, and supported living programs
• Assist with essential daily activities, including meal preparation, medication support, personal hygiene, and household responsibilities
• Promote independence and engagement through recreational activities, community participation, and individualized goal support
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment while ensuring accurate and timely electronic documentation
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support program goals and uphold organizational values

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong sense of compassion, dependability, and ability to work well within a team
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license in good standing (no more than 5 points)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated work stability, including at least one year of tenure with a previous employer
