The Global Porcurement Systems Manager is responsible for the overall management, modernization and optimization of all Global Supply Chain (GSC) systems within the Procurement function, leveraging cutting-edge digital technologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role ensures seamless system integration, data accuracy, and efficient operations to support the GSC and Procurement strategies.
The GSC Systems Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify system enhancements, leveraging cutting-edge digital technologies, and implement technology and AI-led solutions initiated by the Global Procurement Organization.
What you will do:
Project Management:
Lead E2E solution implementation and release upgrades.
Drive the creation and maintenance of the Business Case.
Develop project plans, timelines, and manage the communication and change Management process.
Manage and collaborate with cross functional teams to drive project success.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for solution enhancements, digitization and process optimization, including automation RPA and AI technologies.
Initiate and implement system upgrades/releases to improve UI, efficiency and accuracy.
Develop system processes and procedures in collaboration with GIT.
Implementation and Deployment:
Ensure completion of the GSC 5 step process requirements for all projects.
Manage and support system training to end-users.
Coordinate user manuals, guides, and documentation.
Ensure success measurements and adoption.
Data and Analytics
Enhance how we work with data, facilitating correct questions and enabling teams to derive insights from data.
Ensure data quality and governance processes are established and in place.
Develop basic analytics and reporting, supporting the business case deliverables.
Systems
Partner with GIT and GPO in process and solution design review with user experience at the forefront.
Collaborate with GSC/GIT initiatives representing the business.
Support system upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
5+ years of practical working experience in Procurement, Project Management, Finance, Information Systems or Supply Chain. At least 3 years project management experience and at least 1 years global project management experience.
Proficiency in ERP. A good understanding of Source to Pay (S2P) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes including Procurement Software such as SAP, Ariba, eSourcing, and Spend analyzer. Analytic/Visualization software, and other relevant database applications.
Experience with Snowflake, Sigma, Domo, Python, or other Applications.
Experience leading system implementation and upgrade projects, including Learning/Training.
Preferred Qualifications:
An advanced degree (MBA) or professional certificate (CPM or CPSM or Project Management).
Deep understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills utilizing Canva, Synthesia or Google.
Ability to influence and inspire action in others, and respond with vision and agility during periods of growth, disruption or uncertainty to bring about the needed change.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $106,400.00 - $150,000.00 USD
