Laboratory Assistant
Staff Management Group is seeking a Laboratory Assistant for our client in Clifton, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 8AM - 4:30PM
Pay Rate:
- $18 / hour
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented temporary assistant to support our documentation team. This is an entry-level role focused on data entry, document organization, and general administrative support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enter and update information in internal systems
- Create and maintain documents using provided templates
- Organize and manage digital files to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Review documents for completeness and consistency
- Communicate with internal teams to gather needed information
- Send professional emails to external vendors when required
- Assist with general documentation and administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with data entry and working with structured templates
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Clear and professional written communication (especially email)
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
