Speech Therapist (SLP)

Full-Time | Day Shift
Per Diem - Working as Needed

Pay between $45.13-$50.77/hour

United Methodist Communities is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team at Collingswood Manor , our 5-Star senior living community in beautiful Collingswood, NJ.

As a Speech Therapist , you will diagnose and treat individuals with speech, language, voice and fluency impairments.

What You'll Do as a Speech Therapist:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide engaging individual and group therapy sessions
• Educate residents and families on communication and swallowing strategies
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize results
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation to support clinical excellence and compliance

Requirements for a Speech Therapist:

• Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy program
• Current New Jersey Speech Therapist license
• 3-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
