We are looking for a dedicated Hardware Analyst to join our team in West Berlin, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hardware inventory, performing quality checks, and ensuring operational efficiency in a manufacturing environment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with the ability to follow technical documentation and perform repetitive tasks with precision.

Responsibilities:
• Receive and organize incoming stock according to established work instructions.
• Review pick sheets to determine required parts and retrieve them accurately.
• Interpret and utilize technical documents such as diagrams, assembly drawings, and test procedures.
• Operate tools to assemble or repair hardware components and products.
• Identify and address defective items following quality control procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly using effective problem-solving techniques.
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus, whether seated or standing for extended periods.
• Prepare finished products for shipping or storage by packaging, weighing, and labeling appropriately.
• Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Lift and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly and repair tasks.
• Familiarity with manufacturing software and processes is a plus.
• Capability to interpret and work with technical documents, such as diagrams and assembly drawings.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Physical ability to lift items up to 50 pounds.
