Seasonal And Full Time Food Service
AC Concessions Company, INC is an event planning company, in Atlantic City, NJ is looking for a variety of skill sets to join our team. Come for family fun in the sun. We offer everything from boardwalk eats to family treats. Additionally, AC Concessions Company offers a wide variety of hospitality driven opportunities including catering private events, serving food outlets at fairs, festivals, and concerts on the East Coast.
Our ideal candidate is punctual, self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.

ALL POSITIONS are interchangeable; each team member may work a variety of positions as required for the operation of catering, special events, lemonade carts, food booths, kitchen preparation, warehouse inventory control and janitorial operations.
Responsibilities
● Set up/break down workstations
● Prepare food/cook service ingredients
● Operate fryers, grills and ovens
● Move product among workstations and warehouse
● Janitorial tasks
● Use of computer Point of Sale, cashiering
● Provide exceptional customer service
● Follow health and safety guidelines
● Maintain a clean and tidy work area
● Other duties as assigned by management
● Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
● Must be able to work with pork and shellfish
● Possess basic mathematical skills
● Strong attention to detail
● Listen and communicate English effectively
● Work in a fast paced, high volume location
● 18 years of age and older
● Able to meet all scheduling commitments
