Architectural Project Manager

An excellent Architectural firm located in the Greater Philadelphia area is seeking to add an experienced architectural professional at the Project Management level to the organization, to provide expertise for a diversity of projects.

Individuals with the following experience, a stable work history and a desire to continue to advance their career, with aspirations to become an associate or partner are urged to apply for a confidential discussion.

• Lead day-to-day communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Manage and coordinate all phases of design and documentation, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
• Facilitate client meetings and presentations, clearly communicating design progress and options
• Interpret building review comments and integrate them into design solutions that meet client goals
• Track project budgets, schedules, and profitability
• Document key decisions and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders
• Guide and motivate project teams, resolving conflicts and promoting collaboration
• Administer contracts and interface with local planning and permitting authorities
• Identify opportunities for internal process improvement and innovation
• Report to executive leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Architecture Degree
• Architectural license preferred, or a clear path toward licensure
• Approximately ten (10) years or more of experience
• Experience managing/mentoring direct reports
• Proficient with AutoCAD
• Revit experience desired
• Experience working on construction documents, schematic designs, and design development
• Review of production drawings and specifications
• Shop drawings review & process
• Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, codes and regulations
• Excellent communication skills, regular interaction with clients, colleagues, and leadership in a team environment
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
