RN Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the facility.
- Providing direct supervision and guidance to unit staff.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Skills:
- Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Knowledge of health coaching principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with aseptic technique for infection control.
- Competency in medication administration, including proper dosage calculations and administration routes.
- Experience in maintaining accurate medical records, including documentation of assessments, treatments, and interventions.
