You’ll bring a high bar for organization, follow-through, and clear communication in a fast-moving environment.

  • Support the strategy and delivery of early-career program experiences, messaging, and engagement initiatives
  • Drive consistent program management standards and help teams adopt repeatable practices
  • Lead defined workstreams (for example: communications, leadership updates, surveys, or reporting) from planning through execution
  • Advise and partner with program leaders, recruiters, and business stakeholders on objectives, priorities, and delivery plans
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and deliver projects with autonomy and accountability

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, program management, operations, analytics, or a related role
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel capabilities

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across a range of seniority levels
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across functions
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to new technologies, and escalate when appropriate

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
