A Registered Nurse specializing in telemetry care is needed to provide prehensive patient evaluations and assist physicians in delivering exceptional care. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients health status, determining care priorities.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans based on initial and ongoing evaluations.
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care efficiently.
• Document nursing care accurately according to professional standards, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support innovative, evidence-based care delivery.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with Telemetry certification or experience.
