Your Role

• Assist providers with aesthetic and wellness treatments
• Perform venipuncture with confidence and consistency (including hard sticks)
• Support PRP and other blood-based procedures
• Obtain prior authorizations and manage lab portals
• Capture high-quality before & after photography
• Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and inventory
• Support seamless patient flow across front and back office
• Anticipate provider needs and stay three steps ahead

Requirements

• Proven phlebotomy experience required (must be strong with difficult draws)
• Medical Assistant experience preferred\
• Customer service mindset required
• Experience in aesthetics or wellness is a plus (we will train the right person)
• Full-time availability
