About the Role:
We are seeking a licensed Home Inspector to conduct inspections during evenings and weekends to accommodate the busy schedules of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for performing thorough inspections of residential properties, including single-family homes, condos, and townhouses. From inspecting structural components to evaluating electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, you will play a critical role in helping our clients make informed decisions about their real estate investments.

Requirements:

Valid home inspector license
**Radon license
**Pesticide applicators 7b license
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Physically fit and able to perform duties that may require lifting, climbing, and crawling
Flexible schedule with availability to work nights and weekends
Comfortable working at heights and entering crawlspaces
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues during inspections
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Radon Measurement Technician (Preferred)
• Pesticide Applicator’s License (7b) (Preferred)
• NJ Home Inspector's License with the NJDCA HIAC (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Ocean County and Atlantic County, NJ (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
