Entry Level Office Administrative Support
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Note: All Support Staff work as a team and are expected to help with a variety of functions, including but not limited to: Front Desk/Reception, Fax Sorting, Mail Sorting, Prepping and Scanning, New Business Data Entry, Indexing, Application Reviews, Policy mail-out, Endorsement mail processing, Endorsement system processing, and other various clerical duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering phones and greeting guests
- Chat Support
- Match invoices and policies as they print out, prepare policies for mailing.
- NOC’s
- Backup support for scanning, mail sorting and delivery
- Renewal Instructions (Pull off websites)
- Post office Mail delivery (backup)
- Other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Computer literate – Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to multi-task
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with others
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good Phone Etiquette
- Punctual
- Should be customer service driven
- Hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm
Education/Training/Experience:
- The successful candidate should have a high school diploma or a GED; six months related experience and/or training.
