What Youll Do
- Lead, coach, and manage a small team (26) of field marketing / outreach representatives.
- Plan and assign canvassing or outreach territories; develop backup zones for coverage.
- Provide training and mentoring to new hires and existing reps (on-the-job training, field best practices, customer engagement techniques).
- Monitor team activity and performance; ensure daily/weekly appointment-setting goals are met.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales management to optimize outreach strategy, lead flow, and territory assignment.
- Maintain company vehicle (if provided), ensure compliance with safety standards, and oversee logistics.
Qualifications
- Previous field-marketing, door-to-door, or canvassing experience preferred (13 years).
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Valid drivers license, clean driving record, reliable transportation.
- Comfortable with outdoor work, walking neighborhoods, and spending hours on feet.
- Self-disciplined, organized, and proactive; able to adapt to changing circumstances.
