Residential Housekeeper

Position Details: Live-Out, Full-Time

Location: ROSELAND, NJ

Days: Mon - Fri

Hours: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM (Hours can be adjusted)

Compensation: $85,000 to $100,000 per Year, Paid via W2 (on the books)

Start Date: 5/1/2026

Main Work Duties:

• Perform detailed daily housekeeping and maintain the home to a consistently high standard

• Keep the home neat, orderly, and in top overall condition at all times

• Assist with household organization, including closets, cabinets, drawers, and storage areas

• Monitor and manage household inventory, including groceries, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other household essentials

• Unpack, organize, and put away deliveries and household packages

• Assist with light cooking and meal prep for the household

• Help with laundry, folding, ironing, and putting clothing and linens away

• Run local errands, including grocery shopping and other household-related tasks

• Drive locally to appointments when requested

• Help move items, lift packages, and assist with physically demanding household tasks as needed

Requirements

Required Qualities:

• Open-minded, non-judgmental, and easygoing.

• Positive disposition with a calm, pleasant mood.

• Eager to learn and be trained in the specific ways the household prefers things to be done.

• Flexible and adaptable; not rigid or dogmatic in past methods or personal approaches.

• Physically strong and able to handle longer hours and an active daily routine.

• Open-minded and comfortable with natural/holistic healthcare, which is a core element of the role.

• Receptive to feedback and correction, with a genuine desire to improve.

• Humble, team-oriented, and not driven by ego.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ solid years of high-end housekeeping experience for a private home.

• Excellent references from both current and previous employers.

• Ability to work independently.

• Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.

• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
