$25-28/hour DOE
Bloomfield, NJ

Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years office administrative experience and some experience working in a construction company. Excellent computer skills along with strong communication skills required.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Answer phones/emails
- Type and send proposals to clients and send follow-ups
- Prepare job site files
- Organize project files
- Request and send insurance certificates
- Additional general administrative duties
