Bilingual Onsite Supervisor
Your Future Begins with Us! STAFFING ALTERNATIVES is looking for a motivated Bilingual Onsite Supervisor to join our team in Somerset, NJ on the 2nd shift. As a valued team member, you'll receive hands-on training in the "SA Way" and enjoy opportunities for growth and advancement. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both our clients and temporary associates. Assignment is from May/June to September/October 2026.
What You Need to Join Our Team
Background as a warehouse lead or supervisor
Bilingual (English-Spanish) required
Strong customer service background
Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and multitask
Prior staffing or onsite coordination experience is a plus
Comfortable with walking throughout the shift
Willingness to work extra hours, if needed
Reliable transportation
What You'll Be Doing Within the Warehouse Environment
Supervise temporary associates during shifts, ensuring compliance with GMPs and PPE
Participate in trainings and team meetings
Conduct daily safety observations and production walk-throughs
Process payroll and manage paid sick leave
Deliver exceptional customer service to associates and client leadership
Hours & Salary
- 1st (7a-3:30p) and 2nd (4p-12:30a) Shifts Available; Monday-Friday
- $18.00-$19.00/hr depending on experience
