The Role

We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to be the friendly, energetic voice of our company. You'll handle incoming sales calls and emails, respond to requests for quotes, and make sure every customer interaction feels personallike they're talking to a real person who genuinely wants to help, not reading from a script.

This is an in-office position at our Palmetto, Florida facility. We believe in working side-by-side with our production, manufacturing, and accounting teamsthat's how we stay connected and deliver great service.

What You'll Do

Answer incoming sales calls and respond to customer emails and quote requests.

Build relationships with military and aerospace customerslearn their needs and become their go-to contact.

Process orders and follow up on pricing questions, including adjustments based on current pricing and customer discount levels.

Handle occasional customer service issueslisten to concerns, coordinate with our engineers and operations team, and make sure things get resolved.

Keep our CRM (Salesforce) up to date with customer interactions and order activity.

Comfortable learning new systems. We use Salesforce for CRM and are rolling out a new ERP system. We'll train youjust bring a willingness to learn.

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

Military experience or familiarity with military/aerospace customers.

Previous inside sales or customer service experience.

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
