Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Summary
Work directly for a growing specialty manufacturing company in Middlesex County, NJ, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced production leader. This role provides the chance to lead a manufacturing team while driving safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency on the 3rd shift.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
*Supervise 3rd shift production operations, addressing issues involving staffing, schedules, quality, waste, and productivity.
*Ensure safe and efficient plant operations, including compliance with safety procedures, equipment guarding, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
*Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), lot control procedures, customer specifications, and food packaging safety and quality standards.
*Coach, evaluate, and provide feedback to employees regarding job performance, productivity, quality, work practices, and housekeeping.

Required Skills & Experience
*High school diploma or GED.
*5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
*Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
*Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills required.

Preferred Skills & Experience
*Experience working in food, packaging, or specialty manufacturing.
*Experience with GMP, quality control, or food packaging safety procedures.

Compensation & Action Step
