About the Role
We re seeking a Copilot Studio Maker to design and deliver intelligent AI copilots that streamline data operations, enhance developer engagement, and create business value. You ll work with clients to gather requirements, prototype, and deploy copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities

Design & build custom copilots in Microsoft Copilot Studio

Translate business needs into conversational workflows

Lead workshops to define use cases & success metrics

Integrate with enterprise systems via APIs/connectors

Deliver end-to-end solutions and provide client training

Stay current with AI trends and advise on opportunities
Experience & Qualifications
-
3 5 yrs in solution development, consulting, or AI roles
-
1 2 yrs hands-on with Copilot Studio (or Power Virtual Agents), Power Platform, or similar low-code tools
-
Knowledge of Azure data processes (engineering, QA, MDM/RDM)
-
Strong understanding of AI orchestration, conversational UX, prompt engineering
-
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Power Fx/JavaScript scripting

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-Have

Consulting or client-facing background

Familiarity with Azure AI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365

Experience in change management & adoption
