Data Scientist

Job Description :

We are looking for a Data Scientist to design and optimize scalable data solutions supporting analytics, reporting, and advanced data-driven initiatives. The role focuses on data modeling, ETL/ELT design, automation, and enabling efficient data consumption across BI, analytics, and application environments.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines and scalable data workflows.
- Build and optimize data models, data lakes, and data warehouse solutions.
- Implement data pipeline automation using CI/CD practices.
- Monitor data jobs and troubleshoot failures or performance issues.
- Enable data consumption for BI tools, dashboards, analytics teams, and APIs.
- Process and manage structured and semi-structured datasets (CSV, JSON, Parquet, etc.).
- Optimize data solutions for analytics, reporting, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and analytical needs.

Profile / Requirements :

- Strong experience with data engineering concepts, ETL/ELT design, and data modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Strong SQL skills for data transformation and analysis.
- Experience designing and managing data lakes and data warehouses.
- Experience working with structured and semi-structured data formats.
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and data pipeline automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Java or Scala.
- Experience supporting BI, analytics, or API-driven data solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and optimization.
