You will be employed by our Managed Service Provider, Magnit Global, which oversees the majority of our temporary contract recruitment.

Job Overview:

Primary impact of this role is at a Management Unit/Global Corporate Function sub-function level and through direct interactions with the N-1 leader and/or N-2 leaders of very large organizations, in coordination with the corresponding Head of Global HRBPs · The Global HRBP serves as a strategic partner to and member of the Leadership Team of the assigned Management Unit/Global Corporate Function for N-1 and/or N-2 leaders of very large organizations · Contribute as a strategic partner in developing the strategy, leveraging HR and people expertise, and considering talent strengths for very large Management Unit(s)/Global Corporate Function(s) · Deliver a High level of contribution and advice in Strategic Workforce Planning and Strategic Talent Management · Demonstrate leadership in Change Management by proactively serving as a change leader and having direct conversations with employees that encourage and inspire others · Propose and initiate Management Unit/Global Corporate Function-specific strategic HR projects and initiatives · In partnership with the Head of Global HRBPs, unit/function senior leadership, and HR COEs, the Global HRBP will shape and co-lead implementation of the People Philosophy priorities · Contribute and shape the definition and lead the execution of the appropriate People Strategies aligned with business strategy to deliver the expected business outcomes, grow the business and be ready for sustainable business growth · Prioritize and coordinate the actions needed to address business priorities, maximizing existing solutions and ongoing plans at the Enterprise and/or Management Unit/Global Corporate Function level Provide guidance and solutions on Organizational Design and Development, Strategic Talent Management, Strategic Workforce Planning and Change Management, in collaboration with the respective COE partners, and provide Operational Support for the relevant Global processes for the assigned Management Unit/Global Corporate Functions and for the Markets he/she holds Market accountabilities, in coordination with the Head of Global HRBPs.

Note: Candidate would be supporting the following functional areas/client groups: OBU and US Tech Unit.

Soft Skills: Candidate's attitude and ability to be agile; quickly jump in, pivot, and work across various client groups and have sound judgement will be extremely important and critical to succeed in this role.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in related field (required)

Master's degree or other advanced degree (preferred)

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $ 80-$90/hr
