Part Time Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Part-Time Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in communicating the story behind our work while supporting all marketing efforts through online campaigns, print campaigns, events and tradeshows. The coordinator will lead internal efforts to work with outside consultants in maintaining a strong, consistent brand presence across platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about design and storytelling while showcasing their organizational skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and curate content for social media, newsletters, and the firm’s website, highlighting projects and team culture
• Coordinate and implement marketing communications projects
• Maintain and update marketing databases, including project descriptions, team bios, and image libraries
• Help organize and coordinate participation in relevant events, tradeshows and conferences
• Support the development and design of marketing materials, working with external marketing consultants
• Monitor industry trends, design publications, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategy
• Assist with internal communications, event planning or studio initiatives

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience, degree and/or coursework in a related field a plus
• Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for design and storytelling
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe programs
• Expert knowledge of managing and posting to social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Knowledge of SEO and website editing (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace)
• Basic photography or video editing skills

This is a part time role of approximately 20 hours/week. The role requires working in the office in Springfield, NJ. Role requires driving to client sites to photograph and video for content creation as needed.
