Job Details:
Electrical Project Manager – Commercial & Industrial
Join a well-established commercial & industrial electrical contractor (non-union) in New Jersey as an Electrical Project Manager. Lead projects that average from $100K to $3Million dollars, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and safely.
- Manage multiple electrical projects from start to finish
- Coordinate field teams, resources, and schedules
- Prepare budgets, scopes, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues
- Track project financials including costs, forecasts, and billing
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in commercial/industrial electrical construction project management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; estimating software a plus
- Engineering or Construction Management degree a bonus, not required
