Kitchen Exhaust / Hood Cleaning Technician – Third Shift
Full-Time | Overnight Schedule
Looking for a hands-on job with real growth potential?
Nelbud is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technicians. This is a physically demanding, overnight role with strong opportunities for advancement.
No experience? We will train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems (hoods, ductwork, fans)
- Remove grease buildup using pressure washers and specialized tools
- Work on rooftops and inside exhaust systems
- Install access panels and perform basic system maintenance
- Represent Nelbud professionally on job sites
What to Expect
- Overnight schedule (Sunday–Thursday)
- Start times as early as 5 PM; shifts may run late
- Physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment
- Work in tight spaces, on rooftops, and in varying weather conditions

- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Comfortable with physical labor and challenging environments
- Able to work overnight consistently
- Strong work ethic and team mindset
Driving Eligibility (for company vehicle use)
To operate a company vehicle, candidates must meet the following:
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 20 years old
- Minimum of 3 years of driving experience
