We are seeking a motivated and reliable UV Line Manager to oversee an automated UV finishing line consisting of 22 integrated machines operating as one complete system . This role is responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team of 6+ employees , coordinating production schedules, and ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety across the line.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and capable of both managing a team and executing tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the daily operation of a fully automated UV finishing line
• Lead, train, and manage a team of 6+ operators assigned to individual machine positions
• Assign tasks, prioritize work, and organize team workflow to meet production goals
• Monitor machine performance, quality output, and operational efficiency
• Work closely with the Purchasing and Planning teams to schedule and execute production work orders
• Troubleshoot basic machine or process issues and escalate when necessary
• Ensure safety procedures and company standards are followed at all times
• Handle high-pressure situations and keep production running smoothly

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or shop environment
• Prior experience supervising or working closely with a team in a shop or production setting
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge (data entry, production tracking, communication tools)
• Experience working with machinery, or the ability to quickly learn and understand machine operations
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and execute tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Experience

• Experience with automated production lines or finishing equipment
• Background in wood, cabinet, or industrial manufacturing (a plus, not required)
