Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team in Vineland, NJ. As a Site Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. If you have a passion for construction and a knack for leadership, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Manage daily on-site operations and coordinate activities among various trades.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Oversee project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to site personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Data Center exp a Plus
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid) are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
You should be proficient in:
- Supervisory Experience
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
