Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients and internal teams by managing inbound communications, resolving customer inquiries, and supporting sales and logistical processes. This role requires professionalism, effective communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound telephone inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Build rapport with potential clients to foster strong relationships and identify sales opportunities.
Follow up diligently on requests from Sales Representatives and customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and the Sales Force via multiple channels.
Resolve immediate customer issues or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Manage and respond to incoming eCommerce chat inquiries from customers in a professional and effective manner.
Address incoming ProKeep texts from the sales team professionally and efficiently.
Handle customer emails regarding returns, ensuring clear communication and resolution.
Create UPS return labels using the platform as required to facilitate product returns.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop rapport
Ability to manage multiple communication channels effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Prior experience in customer service or related fields is preferred
Working Conditions:
