Part Time Bookkeeper
shift: First
work hours: 10 AM - 3 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Perform consistent and accurate data entry for all financial transactions.
- Manage and reconcile the general ledger and handle regular journal entries.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including matching vendor invoices with purchase orders and shipping documents.
- Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Assist with basic financial reporting, such as generating profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records for year-end reporting.
