Bookkeeper
eMazzanti Technologies is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to helping customers achieve their goals through technology. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced in-house bookkeeper to join our team and help manage our financial records with precision and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Core qualifications:
- 2–5 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop, as applicable).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Ability to maintain accurate financial records and support month-end close.
- Comfortable working with small business owners and handling multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Candidate should be located in NJ.
Preferred:
- Bookkeeping or accounting certification (a plus, not required)
