No CDL is required
- Age: Generally, at least 21 years old.
- License: Valid driver's license for the state of residence.
- Clean Driving Record: Satisfactory pre- and post-employment screening results.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry equipment, bend, kneel, and balance.
- Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Training: Completion of required training courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to member requests for assistance.
- Testing and replacing batteries.
- Providing other roadside services like jump starts, lock-out assistance, and fuel delivery.
- Maintaining service vehicles and equipment.
- Ensuring positive member experiences.
- Promoting AAA products and services.
- Achieving performance standards for service delivery and customer satisfaction.
